What You’ll Do
- Follow job instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) accurately
- Monitor product quality and report defects immediately
- Maintain high Health & Safety standards, including correct PPE use
- Work collaboratively in a team-based environment
- Participate in relevant training and cross-training
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Basic education level
- Commitment to safe working practices
Desirable:
- Experience in a production, manufacturing, despatch, logistics, or electrical environment
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles
