What you'll do:
- Create a warm, inspiring learning environment.
- Plan engaging activities that support children's development.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Lead your room with confidence, ensuring high standards of care and education.
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds a relevant Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification.
- Has experience working in an early years setting.
- Is passionate about child-led learning and nurturing every child's potential.
- Is organised, reliable, and enjoys working as part of a team.
