- Completing regular bookkeeping in Xero on relevant clients, including posting payroll journals and yearend adjustment journals
- Posting conversion balances when migrating data from another software into Xero
- Making efficient and effective verbal and written communications with relevant bookkeeping and VAT returns clients
- Managing its own bookkeeping and VAT returns portfolio to ensure deadlines are met at all time
- Regular Bank reconciliations, trade receivables and trade payables reconciliations
- Providing Xero support to clients where required
- Providing Xero training sessions to internal juniors where required
- Travel to clients’ London office for meetings where required
- Adopting to clients’ existing data sharing system, including using client’s dedicated email inbox, other linking software, e.g. DEXT, Hubdoc
- Completing adhoc admin tasks, i.e. completing new PAYE starter form or VAT online registrations.
- Providing adhoc duties as required to support the team
- Reporting to accounts managers on progress, issues or outstanding tasks on weekly basis
- Use Monday.com for job managements
Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
