Salary £27,808 - £29,236 per annum (*This salary includes a market supplement for Residential Support Workers, starting salary dependent on experience and qualifications)
Sleep-ins paid at an extra £78.48 per night (This equates to approximately £3,500 additional payment when working 1 sleep-in shift per week)

This role can be both physically/emotionally demanding, and you must have the confidence/patience to adapt to the behaviours that challenge or are of concern that the young people can present. To be considered for this role you will:
- Have a strong desire to support young people
- Have excellent observational skills, and the ability to problem solve and think creatively to enable our young people to reimagine their potential
- Be a patient, caring, compassionate with a young person-centred nature
- Demonstrate the ability to manage emotionally challenging situations, be a team player with experience of support work in both educational and residential settings
- Have emotional intelligence and resilience with the ability to react calmly in stressful situations
- Be able to work flexible hours as this role works predominantly evenings, weekend and sleepovers on a rota basis
