We're looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to help grow our client base across the UK.
You'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with business owners, and introducing businesses to our digital marketing services, including SEO, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, web design, AI automation and lead generation.
This role is ideal for someone with a proven B2B sales background who enjoys winning new business, meeting targets and being rewarded with uncapped commission.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn and networking.
- Identify and engage with business owners and decision-makers across a range of industries.
- Book and attend meetings with prospective clients.
- Understand clients' goals and recommend the most suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Prepare proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate and close new business opportunities.
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline using our CRM.
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B sales.
- Proven track record of generating and closing new business.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Confident speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, organised and target-driven.
- Experience using CRM software.
- Full UK driving licence is desirable.
Desirable
- Experience selling digital marketing or agency services.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, PPC, Meta Ads or web design.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Existing network of UK business contacts.
