Experienced Chef/ Cook required for award winning Tea Rooms.
Must have a passion for baking.
Must have experience working a busy catering kitchen and can provide references.
Responsible for all aspects of the kitchen in support of the exec chef.
Duties to include preparing light meals and baking, preparing cakes and desserts for afternoon teas, ordering stock, staff training, contribution to menu writing, quality control, waste monitoring.
The working week is: 5 days over 7, including weekends. Must be able to cover shifts when other staff are absent.
Hours between 9am and 5pm. No split shifts or evening work.
Salary relevant to experience.
Tips sharing system in place.
Lunch and uniform provided.
