As a Fundraiser, you'll play an important role in helping charities secure the long-term support they need to continue their vital work. Every conversation you have could help change lives.
The Role
As a Fundraiser, you'll engage with members of the public at private-site venues and residential locations, raising awareness of charitable causes and inspiring people to become regular supporters.
No previous fundraising experience is required – we provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
What We Offer
- Training pay: £511 per week (38 hours per week or pro-rata) for your first 4 weeks
- Post-training pay: £611 per week (38 hours per week or pro-rata), plus uncapped commission and monthly performance bonuses
- Realistic OTE: Approximately £45,000, with top performers earning significantly more (performance dependent and not guaranteed)
- Travel allowance: £50 weekly fuel allowance

Your Working Week
- Variable hours depending on campaign and venue, with a typical schedule of Monday to Friday, 10:00am–6:00pm
- 7.5-hour working day with a 30-minute unpaid break
- Optional weekend work available
- Work within approximately 1 hour 15 minutes of your office. Any travel further afield is entirely voluntary, fully expensed, and never a condition of employment.
Your Responsibilities
- Inspire members of the public to become regular supporters of the charities you represent
- Have engaging and meaningful conversations with potential donors
- Represent campaigns professionally while maintaining high brand standards
- Set up and maintain promotional displays where required
- Accurately record supporter information and assist with donor onboarding
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve campaign goals
- Deliver excellent customer service while creating positive experiences for the public
What We're Looking For
We're looking for enthusiastic, confident individuals who enjoy meeting new people and making a positive impact.
Experience in fundraising, direct sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, events, or promotions is beneficial but not essential, as full training is provided.
