About Misù
Misù is a premium tiramisu brand inspired by Milan, focused on handcrafted desserts, speciality coffee, and exceptional customer experience. Following a successful run at Manchester Christmas Markets and our Arndale kiosk, we have opened our first permanent café in Stretford Town Centre.
We’re looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused team members to help bring the Misù experience to life.
The Role
This is a varied role combining:
- Barista duties and coffee preparation
- Serving customers and delivering excellent hospitality
- Preparing and finishing tiramisu
- Supporting kitchen production and day-to-day café operations
This is not just a “coffee shop” role. We’re looking for people who take pride in quality, presentation, speed, cleanliness, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Preparing high-quality coffees and drinks
- Serving tiramisu, pastries, and other café items
- Providing friendly, welcoming customer service
- Supporting with tiramisu production and kitchen prep
- Finishing desserts with toppings and presentation standards
- Maintaining cleanliness and food hygiene standards
- Opening and closing duties
- Restocking ingredients and packaging
- Supporting deliveries and stock organisation
- Working efficiently during busy periods
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Friendly and confident with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and presentation
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Barista or hospitality experience preferred, but full training can be provided
- Interest in coffee, desserts, and premium food brands is a bonus
