Pay: £12.75 - 13.50 per hour PLUS service charge
Hours: 25-30 hours per week

Job Description: We are seeking a Chef! As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in preparing and presenting our menu of small plates, ensuring each dish meets our high standards of taste and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese small plates and sushi with precision and flair.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Contribute to menu development with creative ideas and seasonal ingredients.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a kitchen.
- Strong knife skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for food and a commitment to delivering excellence.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- 1 years+ experience (with sushi experience ideally, but not required)
