Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and and reliable Warehouse Picking Operative to join our busy warehouse team. The role is suited for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced, customer focused warehouse environment. You will have a keen eye for detail and will naturally take pride and care in your work.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick products from storage locations using a handheld scanner.
- Prepare items for shipping by packing and labelling according to company and customer requirements.
- Load and unload goods safely using appropriate handling equipment, including forklifts where necessary.
- Assist with stock replenishment, stocking picking locations, and maintaining organised storage areas.
- Operate mechanical equipment such as forklifts (training provided) to move heavy or bulky items safely.
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and visitors.
Experience
- Previous experience working within a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided for suitable candidates.
- Familiarity with materials handling techniques and warehouse management systems is advantageous.
- Experience with forklifts desirable.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently, handling loads up to 10kg as required.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.

Pay: £28,500.00 per year
