We are looking for an experienced Cocktail Bartender to join our award winning restaurant team.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about cocktails, delivering exceptional customer service and thriving in a busy, fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving cocktails, wines, beers and spirits to a high standard
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Maintaining a clean, organised and fully stocked bar
- Preparing garnishes and ensuring the bar is service ready
- Monitoring stock levels and communicating replenishment requirements
- Following company recipes and presentation standards
- Supporting the front of house team when required
Requirements:
- Must be 18+
- Fluent English required
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- No sponsorship available
- Must be available every Friday and Saturday
- Available to work evenings and weekends
- Previous cocktail bartending experience preferred
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
