First Parking utilise cutting-edge technology to provide highly innovative, effective and reliable parking management solutions to the Higher Education sector, NHS and Property Management companies. They are currently seeking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their team.
This is a full-time office-based position with no remote or hybrid working option.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
· Excellent administrative skills, with the ability to adhere to data protection and compliance requirements.
· Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a highly organised approach to work.
· Experience setting up client hardware and liaising with clients to troubleshoot issues effectively.
· Professional and confident telephone manner, as client liaison is a key part of the role. You will be responsible for handling incoming client calls in an efficient, friendly and professional manner.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams, with strong Excel skills being particularly advantageous.

Working hours:
· Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
· Friday: 9:00am – 3:00pm
