Oakleigh Residential Home is a family run business and is recruiting for a care home deputy manager to work at a our care home in Moira.
We provide residential care to 31 residents. Graded 'Good' by the CQC in the latest inspection report. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that has a passion for delivering high quality care with an overall score of 9.9 on carehome.co.uk.
As a deputy manager, you will be responsible for the quality of care within the home, managing the team to achieve the best possible outcomes for the residents, whilst providing a safe and secure environment and maintaining CQC and Quality Care Standards.
Previous experience is essential within a care home setting for older people.
Sound knowledge of CQC Regulations and legislation
Excellent organisations and planning skills.
Strong communication skills and relationship building
You will be responsible for overseeing staff, managing operations, and ensuring high-quality care for residents.
