BENCH JOINER WITH EXPERIENCE
We are looking for another experienced joiner to service our bespoke manufacture of timber windows, doors and bespoke joinery.
Our customers value the quality and craftsmanship we produce — and so do we. This is a hands-on role for a skilled all-rounder who takes responsibility for their work, enjoys working across all areas of joinery, and can create both standard and complex bespoke pieces.
The role includes:
- Machining – preparing timbers to be used in our products.
- Bespoke joinery manufacture of Doors & Windows
- Creating rods, checking cutting packs and making specialist components with care and precision.
- Assisting design through samples where needed.
- Mentoring and guiding junior colleagues, sharing your experience when required.
- Investing in the wider team to provide another guiding voice to those around.
- Follow company processes to deliver work that passes careful quality checks.
We are looking for someone who is:
- An experienced joiner, confident in all areas of their craft.
- Skilled across a range of joinery techniques, including complex shapes and bespoke work.
- Good communicator
- Practical, reliable, and able to take full responsibility for their own work.
- Able to share knowledge and guide others when required, while maintaining high standards.
This role is perfect for a skilled, all-round joiner who enjoys being part of a small team & takes pride in their craft working to high standards.

- £22-£26 depending on experience, monthly salary and pension contribution.
Your commute to work should be within a 45 minute radius of our workshop in Littlewick Green, Maidenhead and you must have private transport to travel to work.
