We’re looking for an experienced bartender who brings personality, passion and pride to every shift.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional table and bar service
- Making cocktails and drinks to a consistently high standard
- Serving food in line with our specifications and service standards
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Working closely with the team to create a fun and supportive atmosphere
- Helping us maintain the high standards Sip Monton is known for
Experience & Skills
Required:
- Minimum 3 years’ cocktail bartending experience
- Strong cocktail and beverage knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Basic maths and cash handling skills
- A genuine passion for hospitality
