Seasonal Hospitality Coordinator
Location: Wild Meadow Glamping, Raynham Estate, Norfolk
Contract: Seasonal (Immediate start until early September 2026)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (some flexibility may be required during busy periods)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Raynham Estate is seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Seasonal Hospitality Coordinator to support the day to day operation of our glampsite during the busy summer season.
This is an excellent opportunity for a university student, recent graduate, or anyone looking for seasonal hospitality experience in a beautiful countryside setting. The role combines guest communication, booking administration, accommodation coordination, and team liaison to ensure guests enjoy an exceptional stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for Raynham Estate, providing a warm, friendly, and professional service to guests.
- Take guest bookings and respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries before, during, and after their stay.
- Use the online booking system to manage reservations, chase payments, and monitor arrivals and departures.
- Coordinate guest extras, including firewood, charcoal, and additional beds where required.
- Manage the cleaning team to ensure all yurts are maintained to the highest possible standard, coordinating with the team to let them know when cleaning is required and carrying out thorough site checks ahead of each guest arrival to ensure everything is fully prepared.
- Manage and coordinate the out of hours rota to ensure guests receive support when required.
- Work collaboratively with the wider estate team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Is highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Is confident using online booking and administration systems.
- Can work independently and take ownership of their responsibilities.
- Has a positive, proactive approach and strong attention to detail.
- Previous hospitality, tourism, events, or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
