Experienced Arable Operator – DJC Farms Ltd, Holme Fen, Cambridgeshire Fens
DJC Farms Ltd, a family-run business spanning four generations, is looking for an experienced and dedicated arable operator to join our team. We specialise in growing onions, potatoes, and cereal crops across the Cambridgeshire Fens.

About the role:
You'll be involved in a variety of tasks throughout the year, including onion drilling, spraying, cultivations, irrigation, and onion & potato harvesting, alongside general day-to-day farming duties.
What we're looking for:
- A positive, hard-working attitude with pride in your work
- Someone who thrives both as part of a team and working independently
- Previous experience operating modern farm machinery (Grimme experience preferred)
- A full, current driving licence
- PA1 & PA2 spraying certificates (PA4 S & G desirable)
- Teleporter/counterbalance forklift licence is a bonus, but not essential — training available
