We are an independent kitchen based in the heart of Derby, looking to expand our team with growing demand. We are a high output unit serving top quality fried chicken and sides.
Located at Bustler's new site, Derby, DE1.
Opening hours Wednesday - Saturday.
Must be available Friday and Saturday evening.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation, cooking and serving of food.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
Skills:
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Basic cooking skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
Previous experience working in a kitchen environment is highly advantageous. Less experience will be considered if you possess a great attitude and genuine enthusiasm to develop.
