About the Role
As a Warehouse Assistant, you will support the day-to-day operations of our supply and workshop functions, helping to ensure customer supplies, engineer stock, and print equipment are managed efficiently and professionally.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Reliable, organised, and proactive
- Practical, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
This role offers opportunities for development and progression within the business. You will work with a range of technologies, tools, clients, or teams depending on the needs of the role.
What Youll Do
Warehouse
- Pick, pack, and despatch customer consumables and supplies accurately and efficiently
- Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Maintain warehouse stock levels and stock accuracy
- Organise engineer replenishment stock and consumables
- Process and monitor orders with suppliers
- Coordinate hardware deliveries & collections with suppliers

Handle supplier warranty claims and returns processes
- Ensure safe handling and storage of equipment and consumables
- Maintaining safe working practices within the warehouse and workshop

Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse environment in line with health & safety standards, while demonstrating a proactive approach within a fast-growing business
Workshop Support

Assist with the setup and configuration of new print devices

Support the refurbishment and preparation of used print devices for redeployment
- Carry out basic machine assessments and condition checks
- Prepare devices for installation, collection and transport
- Maintain workshop organisation and cleanliness
