We are looking for an experienced Industrial Roofing & Cladding Supervisor to oversee operations and live projects across our various sites. This is a key role for a hands‑on individual who can drive quality, safety and productivity while supporting our sub-contractor teams.
About the Role
As an Industrial Roofing Supervisor, you will co-ordinate and supervise roofing and cladding works across multiple live projects. You’ll ensure our teams deliver high‑quality workmanship, maintain safe working practices and meet our project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations, workforce co-ordination and task allocation
- Health & Safety compliance —
Ensure all works follow our company, HSE and legal safety standards
Inspect ongoing works, identify issues and maintain high installation standards
- Material & equipment management —
Monitor stock, deliveries and equipment usage
- Reporting & communication —
Liaise with Principle Contractor Site Managers/Project Managers, sub-contractors and clients.
Support, motivate and guide our individual teams
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Industrial Roofing and Cladding(5 years minimum)
- Strong understanding of Industrial Roofing and Cladding including built‑up systems, composite panels, and membrane works
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Full and clean UK driving licence
- SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS and relevant trade qualifications (preferred)
- Experience in Site Supervision would be desirable but not essential
