Redefine Living is an Ofsted-registered provider of supported accommodation and support services for young people. Our mission is to create safe, nurturing, and high-quality environments where young people can develop independence, build confidence, and achieve positive outcomes as they transition into adulthood.
As part of our planned growth and future service opportunities within Nottinghamshire, we are seeking to connect with passionate, values-driven professionals who share our commitment to transforming the lives of young people.
We are currently building a Nottinghamshire Talent Pool and would welcome expressions of interest from individuals who would like to be considered for future opportunities as they arise.
Areas of Interest
We are particularly interested in hearing from individuals with experience, qualifications, or a strong interest in:
- Support Team Leadership: Supporting frontline teams to deliver safe, high-quality, and person-centred services for young people.
- Skills & Development: Supporting young people to develop practical life skills, independence, employability skills, confidence, resilience, and aspirations for the future.
- Activities & Appointments Support: Supporting young people to access education, training, employment opportunities, healthcare appointments, community activities, and positive experiences that contribute to their wellbeing and development.
- Support Work: Building trusted relationships with young people and providing practical and emotional support to help them achieve their goals and successfully transition into adulthood.
- Administrative Support: Providing professional administrative support to assist the effective operation, organisation, compliance, and continuous improvement of services.

Experience within supported accommodation, social care, youth work, education, community services, health, safeguarding, employability, or related sectors would be advantageous.
