About the Role
Primestone Property Services Ltd is seeking a motivated and dependable Property Maintenance Operative / Labourer to join our expanding maintenance team.
This is not a construction site position. Instead, you will work across a varied portfolio of residential, commercial, and retail properties, assisting our maintenance operatives in delivering high-quality property maintenance services.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and is looking to build a long-term career within a growing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced maintenance operatives with a variety of property maintenance works.
- Support reactive and planned maintenance across residential and commercial properties.
- Load, unload, transport, and organise materials, equipment, and tools.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organised work areas at all times.
- Assist with general repairs, property upkeep, and maintenance tasks.
- Support external maintenance works at housing developments, retail parks, and commercial sites.
- Help ensure all properties are maintained to a high professional standard.
- Follow company health and safety procedures while working on site.

Desirable Skills
- Previous experience in labouring, property maintenance, facilities maintenance, or handyman work.
- Basic knowledge of painting and decorating, repairs, or general maintenance.
- Experience using hand tools and basic power tools.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Full UK driving licence preferred, although not essential.
