Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly Casual Bar Staff to join our vibrant team! Duties
- Take orders and serve beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring guests receive prompt attention
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety standards at all times
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and promote responsible serving practices
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, enhancing their overall experience
- Restock bar supplies and manage inventory to keep the bar well-equipped throughout shifts
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems with basic math skills for accurate payments
- Support team members during busy periods, demonstrating excellent time management and teamwork
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not essential; we welcome motivated learners!
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible serving practices is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to serve guests courteously and efficiently
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments accurately
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods
- A positive attitude, energetic approach, and willingness to learn new skills
- Must be at least 18 years old (or as legally required in your location)
