Transaction Payment System Requirements & Development
Deeply participate in iterative development and functional optimization of the order transaction payment system; focus on core transaction payment scenarios.
Take charge of business-side requirements research, transaction link flow mapping, and payment process design; independently output business solutions and collaborate with product, R&D and risk control teams to deliver core capabilities.
Payment Service & Process Optimization
Continuously review and address pain points across the end-to-end order transaction payment chain.
Run dedicated optimization initiatives targeting key issues, including transaction payment failures, abnormal order settlement, delayed collection, stuck funds, transaction rejections, and compensation/dispute handling.
Iterate on the transaction payment operational processes to drive up the overall order transaction success rate.
Cross-departmental Project Execution
Coordinate with business, operations, risk control and technical teams to drive dedicated optimization projects for order transaction payment and settlement.
Follow the full lifecycle of requirements review, system development, feature testing, pilot (gray) launch, acceptance and iteration to ensure the payment system capability matches the platform's order transaction business growth rhythm.
Transaction Data Review & Best-practice Accumulation
Own monitoring and control of core payment data metrics, including transaction success rate, settlement timeliness, and abnormal transactions ratio.
Complete issue attribution and performance review; issue regular transaction payment analysis reports.
Accumulate standardized cross-border order transaction payment solutions, risk handling case studies chers, and best practices.
About you:
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in payment operations, data analytics, fraud risk management, or a closely related role within fintech or e-commerce.
