Coast & Country Cleaning Ltd is a family run cleaning company based in Rhos on Sea, providing professional domestic, holiday let, and commercial cleaning services across the Conwy area. We pride ourselves on delivering high standards, building trusted relationships, and creating a positive, supportive working environment for our team.
As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and experienced Hands on Cleaning Team Leader to support and lead a small team of cleaning operatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example to ensure all cleans meet company standards
- Support, train, and supervise cleaning staff across sites
- Conduct quality checks and report any issues to management
- Help coordinate team schedules and client requirements
- Drive to various locations across Conwy area (mileage paid)
What We’re Looking For
✅ Previous professional cleaning experience
✅Team leader/supervisor experience preferred
✅ Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
✅ Confident leading a team and communicating clearly
✅ Good time management and reliability
✅ Full UK driving licence and own transport (ESSENTIAL)
✅ Willingness to work flexibly, including some weekends

Schedule
- Day shifts
- Monday to Saturday
- Including some weekends (especially during peak seasons)
- Part-time or full-time hours Available
- Must be available to work school holidays
Location
- Work is based in and around Conwy County
- Reliable transport is essential due to travel between sites
