Contract Assurance Officer (Learning Disability, Autism & Mental Health)
We are delighted to be able to offer the role of Contract Assurance Officer in the Strategic and Integrated Commissioning service.
Working within the learning Disability, Autism and Mental Health Contract Management Team, you will have a vital role in ensuring there is a wide range of high-quality adult social care services in Lancashire that contribute to improving and maintaining the health, well-being, and quality of life for the people using them.
You will be responsible for ensuring that commissioned services are delivered in accordance with the contracts the services are commissioned against, as well as adhering to market standards.
As a manager, you will be required to work with Contract Monitoring Officers and support them in their role in managing care provider performance and assessing the quality of care in the market.
The post is ordinarily based in County Hall, Preston however there is the opportunity for some remote/home working. Due to this you must be able to use your own initiative and be flexible with where you work. There will be a requirement for team members to travel across the area/county as required.
