Little Boots is a small farm based nursery with a strong emphasis on outdoor learning. Our child lead approach will often take us on adventures in our 55 acres of fields and woodland in all weathers. We value the importance of our natural environment and the impact we have on it.

Level 3 or above is essential for this role.

The successful candidate will be passionate and enthusiastic about working with children in all aspects of their care, learning and development, have a love for nature and the outdoors in all weathers. and be able to liaise with and report to parents maintaining confidentiality at all times.
The role does require an enhanced Disclosure and barring check, proof of ability to work in the UK and 2 references which will be requested prior to interview.
4 days a week 08:00 - 18:00.
Start date: Winter 2026.
