Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and talented Junior Stylist newly quality to join our dynamic team Who wants to be a colour specialist .This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hair styling, colouring, and customer service while working in a lively, supportive environment. You will assist senior stylists, deliver exceptional client experiences, and contribute to the overall success of our boutique.
Duties
- Assist senior stylists with hair cutting, colouring, and styling techniques to ensure smooth salon operations
- Provide excellent customer service by welcoming clients, understanding their needs, and offering professional advice
- Support front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, client check-in, and payment processing
- Engage in mentoring opportunities to learn new skills and improve technical proficiency
- Promote retail products through upselling to help clients achieve their desired looks
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to health and safety standards
Qualifications
- Passion for hairstyling and hair coloring
- Basic knowledge of hair cutting, colouring, and styling techniques
- Strong communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
- Customer service experience with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
- Willingness to learn .
- Enthusiasm for mentoring others and contributing positively to team growth
