Sealing & Caulking Applicator – Vehicle Conversions

About the Role
We are looking for skilled Sealing and Caulking Applicators to join our production team. In this role, you will apply high-quality sealants to commercial and custom vehicle conversions. Your work will directly ensure that our converted vehicles meet customer high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Surface Preparation: Clean joints, remove debris, and prime vehicle panels before applying sealants.
- Sealant Application: Apply silicone, polyurethane, and specialist automotive sealants smoothly using manual and pneumatic caulking guns.
- Precision Sealing: Seal internal and external seams, joints, windows, roof joints, and floor panels.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished seals to guarantee a flawless, uniform finish.
- Safety Protocols: Follow workshop safety standards, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Proven experience in caulking, sealing, or finishing, preferably within vehicle conversions, automotive and marine but also bathroom / kitchen fitters with transferable skills will be considered
- Precision: Exceptional manual dexterity and a steady hand for neat, consistent joints.
- Material Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive-grade sealants, bonding agents, and tools.
- Reliability: A strong eye for detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workshop environment.
