- Prepare, pour and present drinks to spec
- Mix simple cocktails confidently and consistently
- Serve wine, spirits, beers and soft drinks with product knowledge
- Keep the bar stocked, clean and beautifully presented
- Maintain responsible alcohol service and follow licensing laws
- Manage orders, tabs and payments accurately
- Provide warm, engaging and attentive service to every guest
- Deliver food to tables with confidence and professionalism
- Clear tables and maintain a clean dining environment
- Assist the restaurant team during peak times
- Uphold hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards
- Maintain stock rotation and report low stock promptly
- Work together with the FB team to deliver smooth, efficient service

The St. Ives Bay Hotel has 87 bedrooms, with a selection of single, twin, double, and family rooms available. Superior rooms are also available, and for some truly spectacular views we also have rooms overlooking the bay. A restaurant is located in the hotel that serves breakfast, dinner, and evening meals.
