WeCool Toys is a global designer and manufacturer of dynamic toys, crafts and compounds, managing endtoend production, packaging and distribution. As part of Paladone Group Holdings, WeCool plays a key role in our international growth strategy.
We are looking for a talented and driven E-Commerce Merchandiser to join our E-Commerce team, reporting to our Vice President of E-Commerce.
This role will support the day-to-day running of our ecommerce channels, helping to manage product listings, stock availability, order processing and marketplace operations across platforms such as Amazon and other online retailers. You'll work closely with colleagues across E-Commerce, Finance, Supply Chain and Logistics to ensure our products are presented accurately and available to customers around the world.
E-Commerce Administration & Product Management
Creating, maintaining and updating online product listings.
Ensuring product information, imagery and content are accurate and compliant.
Supporting new product launches and merchandising activities.
Assisting with content updates and optimisation projects.
Order Processing & Operational Support
Processing orders through our ERP system.
Supporting invoicing and account administration activities.
Monitoring stock availability and supporting order fulfilment.
Coordinating with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
Stock & Inventory Management
Monitoring inventory levels across ecommerce channels.
Reviewing sales and stock data to identify trends and opportunities.
Liaising with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure smooth fulfilment.
Helping to resolve stock discrepancies and availability issues.
Marketplace & Customer Support
Supporting account health and marketplace compliance requirements.
Assisting with customer service escalations where required.
Monitoring marketplace performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Ensuring documentation and product information is maintained accurately
Previous experience in an administration, ecommerce, merchandising or operations support role. (2+ years)
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Exceptional attention to detail and pride in producing accurate work.
A proactive approach, with the confidence to take ownership and solve problems.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience using Amazon Seller Central, marketplaces or ERP systems would be advantageous but is not essential.
A willingness to learn and develop within a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
