Overview
We are seeking a keen and hardworking individual to join our team at our exciting new cafe in Benburb!!!!!
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a menu of classic breakfasts, brunches and lunch
- Weekday and alternating weekends
- Current menu served from 9am - 3pm
- Ensure all food is prepared safely, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Creative meal presentation and garnishing to ensure visual appeal
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times during food preparation and service
- Assist with inventory management
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a culinary environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends if required
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork
- Level 2 Food Hygene cert
This role provides an excellent platform for those passionate about cooking to develop their skills further within a friendly and professional environment.
Pay: £12.71-£14.77 per hour
