WHAT THE ROLE REQUIRES
You will be the face of CIAR across luxury sites. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Precision Finishing: High-standard painting, decorating, and touch-ups.
- Technical Basics: First-line plumbing and electrical repairs.
- Site Presentation: Jet washing, garden maintenance, and ensuring common areas are spotless.
- Problem Solving: Identifying issues before they become complaints.
ARE YOU THE RIGHT FIT?
We are looking for a specific calibre of candidate:
- Proven Track Record: At least 3 years of solid experience, ideally in high-end residential or hospitality settings.
- The Standard: You're the person who notices a loose hinge or a scuff mark before anyone else does.
- Professionalism: Punctuality is non-negotiable. You are fluent in English, hold a clean UK driving licence, and take pride in your appearance.
- Vetted: You must have the right to work in the UK and provide two solid references who will vouch for your work ethic.
