The Impact You'll Make
In this dual role, you’ll be part of a team of 3 at the heartbeat of our operations—keeping our warehouse organised, stock moving, and customers happy. One day you might be preparing orders and keeping inventory in check; the next, you’ll be out on the road, representing our brand as the friendly face delivering to our customers. Your work will directly impact our efficiency, customer satisfaction, and reputation.
What You'll Do
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and care.
- Load and unload goods safely, ensuring items are secure for transport.
- When required, drive the company van to deliver orders to customers on time and in excellent condition.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and handle basic paperwork.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with health & safety standards.
- Assist with stock checks, inventory counts, and incoming deliveries.
- Report any vehicle or equipment issues promptly.
What You'll Bring
- A full, clean UK driving licence (B category).
- Previous experience in a warehouse is an advantage, but not essential if you’re eager to learn.
- Good physical fitness—you’ll be on your feet and lifting items throughout the day.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- A friendly, professional manner when dealing with customers.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive, can-do attitude.
