Formed in 1985, National Integrated Services (NIS) are a Facilities Management Support provider. We cover Building Maintenance, Specialist Cleaning, Grounds Maintenance, Pest Control and Waste Services, based from our Barking office. We work at commercial client sites across the South East.
Due to our continued growth we are seeking additional team members with a variety of maintenance experience.
This role will be based from our Barking office which covers the South East of England.
This is a full-time permanent PAYE position, Monday to Friday, plus ideally 1 - 2 Saturdays per month.
Every day and every week is different, duties will include general repairs and maintaining both internal and exterior of buildings, training will be provided in all the services we provide our clients.
You will need to be available for a 7am start each day, live within a 30 minute drive from the office. Once at the office you will be provided with a van which you will collect and return to the office each day.
A clean driving licence is required.
Experience in Health and Safety procedures, IPAF, PASMA, and First aid are all desirable.
You will need to undergo a DBS disclosure.
