Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical installations, consumer unit upgrades, rewires, wiring modifications, and fault-finding in domestic and commercial properties.
- Carry out thorough inspection, testing, and issue NAPIT digital certification in accordance with BS 7671.
- Ensure full compliance with current IEE Wiring Regulations and health & safety standards.
- Maintain clean, tidy, and respectful working environments on site.
- Mentor and oversee apprentices working alongside you on larger jobs.
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) + AM2.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).
- City & Guilds 2391 (or 2394/2395) Inspection & Testing (preferred)
- Valid ECS/JIB Gold Card (preferred).
- Experience: 2+ years post-qualification experience across domestic and commercial sectors.
- Licence: Full UK Driving Licence (Manual).
- Attributes: Strong work ethic, reliable, excellent customer communication, and pride in neat, compliant workmanship.
Pay: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
