Overview
We are seeking an experlicenced and energetic Barista to join our vibrant team! Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages with precision and care, ensuring high-quality standards are met consistently
- Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about ingredients, and provide friendly, efficient service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area in accordance with food safety standards
- Handle food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches or snacks when required
- Manage cash register operations, process transactions accurately, and handle serving duties with professionalism
- Support daily opening and closing procedures, including stock replenishment and equipment maintenance
- Follow all food safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is highly desirable; enthusiasm to learn new skills is essential
- Knowledge of food safety practices and standards to ensure hygiene and safety compliance
- Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced setting with excellent communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Ability to perform food preparation tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- A positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work well within a team environment
