Job Summary
a well-established local business in North Hykeham, is looking for a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Dry Cleaning and Laundry Assistant to join our friendly team who would like to work with us for long-term.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serving and assisting customers at the counter
- Operating dry cleaning and laundry machines safely and efficiently
- Tagging and sorting garments for cleaning
- Pressing, ironing, and finishing clothing and household items
- Folding and packaging laundered garments
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Assisting with stain removal and quality checking items before collection
- Supporting other team members with general shop duties as required
- your regular work days will be on Thursday, Friday and Saturdays (18 hours or more)
- Be able to work flexible hours when required (have busy seasonal time when you’re required to work 5 days a week)
- Be able to cover other staff members' holidays and sickness
