The West Park Hotel has long been respected as a great place to relax, enjoy great food and wine in a beautiful modern hotel overlooking the Stray in central Harrogate. The West Park Hotel has been recently refurbished to further improve the quality of this premium location.
West Park is used frequently by both the residents of Harrogate and people who travel from throughout the UK and overseas. We pride ourselves on our completely fresh food menus, prepared and cooked by our fantastic team of talented chefs using products supplied by our kitchen garden at Mount St John.
We are looking for experienced Duty Manager with premium hospitality experience to join our growing team.
· Competitive rates of pay, individual performance bonus and benefits package
· Tips split equally between all members of the team.(average £3.00+per hour)

We are searching for someone who will be:
Responsible for maintaining performance including sales and profit targets through the delivery of customer service and food standards.
Confident in supporting the recruitment and induction of staff to enable them to drive the customer experience.
Passionate about training and developing their teams and takes pride in their achievements.
Excited to deliver successful, bespoke events’ including weddings, corporate days and themed events which requires high levels of care, respect, and support for our guests.
Proficient in the utilisation of social media to drive the business, and able to think of new and diverse ways to market the business,
Jointly responsible for delivering budgets, managing labour, costings, margins, and stock controls.
Competent in the implementation of food safety, health and safety, terms of employment and GDPR compliance.
The successful candidate will need transport.
