CS Machinery Sales Ltd are a respected supplier of quality new and used construction equipment to the North of Scotland. We have established a strong customer base and reputation for supplying customers in the UK and Overseas. Our company is based in Inverness. We are looking to recruit a Parts & Service Coordinator to join our family run business/team to be part of a small but valued team.
Parts and Service Coordinator
The Role:
- Day to day running of the parts & service department.
- Ordering parts for customers and workshop jobs, booking in, allocating, stock control & invoicing of all parts.
- Point of contact for all parts and service requirements.
- Organising breakdown cover for customers along with planned servicing and maintenance work.
- Keeping customers up to date with all parts and service work.
- Organising workshop & yard jobs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintaining safety standards and implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Identifying new potential suppliers and customers.
- Developing and growing the parts & service business.
- Supporting the team across all aspects of the business.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer focused, friendly and approachable
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of computers is required, however training will be given on the systems and softwre applications used for the role
- Knowledge of plant and machinery would be advantageous but not essential
- Driving Licence
