Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces
- Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively to achieve optimal results
- Maintain cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of duties
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a hygienic environment
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as required to meet organizational standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to completing tasks efficiently
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move around for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Reliable transportation or proximity to the work site is advantageous
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is a plus
