Nestled in the heart of the breath-taking Highlands, just 20 minutes north of Inverness, Coul House Hotel is a privately owned and operated country house hotel known for its warm hospitality, beautiful gardens, good food and excellent guest experience.
We are currently recruiting for a passionate and talented Chef de Partie/Junior Sous to join an exceptional 4-star country house hotel property located in the stunning North of Scotland.
Due to the remote location, this role would suit someone looking for both a lifestyle and career opportunity, someone who enjoys nature, hospitality, and being part of a close-knit team.
The Role
As Chef de Partie or Jr Sous, you will be responsible for running your own section and supporting the senior chefs in delivering consistently high standards.
You will work with excellent local ingredients and have the opportunity to develop your skills within a quality-driven kitchen.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience as Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie
- Background in quality hotels, fine dining, or luxury hospitality
- Passion for fresh and seasonal produce
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Team player with excellent attention to detail
- Desire to learn and progress within a traditional kitchen environment
