- The Lindeth Howe is a stunning privately owned hotel, proudly overlooking Lake Windermere. We are looking for a Part Time Chef de Partie to join our talented team.
- The ideal candidate has a strong passion for culinary excellence and a keen eye for detail. You will assist the Head Chef in providing exceptional food quality and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Work with and assist the kitchen staff in all aspects of food production in a kind, calm and friendly manner
- work on all areas of the kitchen, starters, main couses and desserts
- Evaluate food products to ensure consistent quality standards
- Must have a can do attitude towards work
- Will have the opportunity to put ideas forward towards new menus and daily changing special menu.
- Ensuring Mise en place and stock rotation are completed.

Salary
- £13.50 per hour (dependant on work profile)
