Duties
- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes, presentation standards, and safety guidelines
- Manage your designated section, ensuring all ingredients are fresh, stocked, and properly stored
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate meal preparation and timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work area in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist in training junior kitchen staff and sharing culinary techniques
- Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation
- Support the overall kitchen operations by helping with inventory checks and ordering supplies
