We're instructed on a Competition/Antitrust Associate opportunity with a leading international law firm in London.
You'll advise multinational corporations, financial institutions and private equity sponsors on a broad range of competition law matters, including merger control, foreign investment reviews, cartel investigations, abuse of dominance matters and competition litigation. The role offers exposure to complex, high-profile domestic and cross-border matters, working alongside highly regarded partners on strategically significant mandates.
Requirements
- 5–8 PQE gained at a leading UK, US or international law firm.
- Experience advising on merger control, competition investigations, antitrust compliance and broader competition law matters.
- Strong technical, drafting and analytical skills.
- Excellent academic credentials and commercial awareness.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- Ability to manage matters with increasing autonomy while working effectively within a collaborative team environment.
