We’re working with a progressive, Legal 500 law firm looking to grow its Residential Property team with an experienced Solicitor, CILEX Conveyancer or Fee Earner.

You’ll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, delivering excellent client care and ensuring smooth transaction progress. The role also includes building relationships with clients and referrers and supporting business development activity.
What we’re looking for:
- At least 1 years experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload
- NQ's welcome to apply with prior pre-qualification experience
- Experienced Non - qualified fee earners also welcome!
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Proactive, organised and independent approach
- Comfortable using case management systems
- Ability to support relationship building and business development
