Position: Production Line Leader (Food) Temporary - Permenant
Location: Chichester
Shift: 06.00 - 14.00 Monday - Thursday, 06.00-12.00 Friday
Salary: £33,022.28 per annum

we are looking for Production Line leader with a positive can-do approach to different roles, a willingness to learn and motivation to help us get the best out of everyday. This is initially a temporary position, with the potential to become a permanent role for the right candidate.
We are recruiting a Line Leader to work on the early shift in Packing and Retorts. Applicants should be familiar with operations and processes in food manufacturing environment and competent to work as a first line supervisor.
The role will include responsibility for safety in their area of responsibility by ensuring that employees work in a safe manner through monitoring, coaching, and enforcement. It will also be responsible for meeting shift production targets through effective planning and team coordination whilst maintaining safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Good Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Leader/supervisor experience
- Experience of working in a food production environment
