We have an exciting opportunity to join a NEW nursery and preschool with a family feel in Lincoln.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join the team, taking an active role in the opening process as well as to become an established member of the team. Leading practice and putting all Tingers Childcare ethos and values into practice, consistently and supporting those in the team to do the same.
We will expect the candidate to consistently embed high standard of care for children and provide age-appropriate, fun, stimulating, and educational activities, linked with
Tingers educational curriculum. You will have a genuine passion for education and making a change in children's lives. We are looking for those who have a "can-do" attitude and bags of drive and motivation.
We have a strong family feel, and staff are actively involved in developing the ethos and approaches across the whole setting. We are focused on excellence and provide a purposeful, stimulating environment that is rich in learning opportunities. Safeguarding is, of course, a top priority.

You will hold a level 3 current and relevant, early years qualification (or higher) and will have experience of working with children aged 0-5yrs. Under 2's experience, SEND experience and/or experience in a lead role desirable.
We currently have two positions available; full time (40+ hours a week).
