We offer exceptional service, delicious tapas, creative cocktails, exceptional brunch using the freshest ingredients. As we grow, we're seeking a dedicated Duty Manager to join our team.
Job Description
As a Shift Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant and bar. You will be responsible for overseeing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of front-of-house and bar staff to deliver excellent service.
· Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive prompt, professional, and friendly service.
· Operations: Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
· Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and hygiene.
· Problem Solving: Handle customer complaints and emergencies with efficiency and professionalism.
· Training: Train and develop staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about our menu and services.
· Financial Management: Cashing up and maximizing profitability.
· Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and company policies.
Requirements
· Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a high-speed restaurant or bar environment.
· Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
· Customer Focus: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
· Flexibility: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
· Problem Solving: Ability to handle difficult situations and make decisions under pressure.
· Knowledge: Understanding of food and beverage operations, health and safety regulations, and licensing laws.
