Job Summary
We are setting up a new icecream parlour, transforming the restaurant space.
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Retail Sales Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining an organised sales environment. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about Cakes and Icecream, with strong communication skills and a keen eye for Customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Ice-cream Shop Sales
- Health and Safety Certification
- Maintaining the organisation and visual presentation of the sales floor in accordance with merchandising standards
- Managing stock levels, replenishing shelves, and ensuring products are correctly labelled
- Processing transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Supporting promotional activities and seasonal displays to enhance store appeal
- Ensuring cleanliness and organisation of the retail space at all times
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within Ice-cream and retail store is nice to have.
- Trainings will be provided on the ice-cream products and allergent information
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members
- Organisational skills to manage stock levels and maintain an attractive sales environment
